Welcome to Konvos. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.
Recording
Konvos lets you record and transcribe your own conversations. You're responsible for making sure everyone in a conversation knows they're being recorded, and for following the recording laws where you are. Some states and countries require every person's consent before you record. Konvos is a tool, and you're responsible for how you use it. Never use it to record anyone secretly.
Your license to use Konvos
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Konvos for your own conversations. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the recording laws that apply to you, and get consent from the people you record where it's required.
- Don't use Konvos to harass, harm, surveil, or record anyone without their knowledge.
- You're responsible for the content of your conversations and how you use what Konvos produces.
Subscriptions and billing
Konvos offers optional paid plans. Purchases and renewals are handled by the App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
Your data
How Konvos handles your conversations is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: it stays on your phone by default, and anything that leaves your device is optional and off until you turn it on.
Disclaimers
Konvos is provided "as is." Transcription and analysis are generated automatically and won't always be accurate, so don't rely on them for legal, medical, or other important decisions. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konvos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use the app, including any recording you make. Your use of Konvos is at your own risk and responsibility.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Konvos means you accept the updated Terms.
